Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge application systems, databases, and infrastructure, playing a key part in ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize infrastructure to ensure high performance and minimal downtime.

- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, OS, and application issues; conduct performance monitoring and capacity planning.
- Defect Management: Analyze and resolve defects to improve system reliability.
- Project Ownership: Manage tasks, report progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Scripting & Automation: Streamline operations and generate reports using scripting tools like PowerShell.
- Technical Documentation: Create detailed system design and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in infrastructure management, scripting, and process automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and change management processes.
- Proficiency in scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
